Plywood transition. We went deep into our toolbox to come up with a microtopping solution that would turn a plywood floor on Canon in Beverly Hills into a stunning concrete surface worthy of a client’s showroom. Because it is not possible to pour concrete on plywood without the wood cracking, we placed fiberglass mesh on top of the original surface. Then we trowelled multiple coats of concrete to enable an elegant concrete solution ultimately.
