Mariposa

In the steps of great architects.  When we were called in to renovate the 85,000 square feet of flooring at 1940 Mariposa in El Segundo, we did our best to honor and follow the building’s designer, Ware Malcolm, a famous architectural firm. However, we encountered obstacles along the way, including 24 electrical boxes on the floor that needed to be removed, followed by the patching up of what was left behind. We used exceptional diamonds in the polishing process to take the surface down to the naturally occurring concrete.
