Architectural gems. We have a client who owns a collection of properties with concrete floors and high ceilings around the Los Angeles area. One property downtown, with three levels of flooring we created years ago, required a grind-and-seal revitalization, along with the addition of island kitchenettes featuring marble countertops and backsplashes. The unique architectural space—originally designed by premier Los Angeles architects at Breland-Harper—presented a challenge. We adapted to the need with custom solutions that enabled us to present a stunning finished product.
